Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders placed usually ship within 1-3 business days pending availability and payment verification. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional payment verification. What is your store return policy?
Q: Can I order online and pickup in-store?
A: Yes, but you must provide your email confirmation along with your I.D. to match with your purchase.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! The only exception is if you are sent the wrong item, which you can send an email to vsatlonline@gmail.com and we will get it corrected accordingly.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Email vsatlonline@gmail.com within 12 hours of your order for all cancellation requests. With that being said we have the right to deny your cancellation because we are an ALL SALES ARE FINAL business.
Q: What if my order was not delivered?
A: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. We ship via USPS, so if your tracking says delivered, but it was not delivered send an email to vsatlonline@gmail.com and we will contact USPS to try to physically geo-locate your item.
Q: Are all items on the site available?
A: Item availability is listed on the product details page. All available items will be shown as available to add to the shopping bag. If an item is unavailable it will say sold out. We make every effort to keep the availability of items listed on our site up to date, but occasionally we do sell out of certain products before the site is updated. If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail, and any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Q: Do you provide sizing information for products?
A: We do provide sizing information as accurately as possible for all items. We use the Pit-to-Pit and Top-to-Bottom length measurement method for t-shirts. Before you order we highly encourage you to measure one of your favorite t-shirts the aforementioned way to get your desired sizing. Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.
